Let’s talk

Someone from the house answers

No cart and no form. You write to us, we tell you what there is today and what it costs to get it to you, and you decide.

A blank sheet of paper with a pencil on it, next to a kraft paper envelope and a notebook. Around them, a cup of hot chocolate, two cacao pods —one split open, the beans wrapped in pulp— and a wooden bowl of roasted beans.

Whichever suits you

All three reach the same person. Pick one depending on whether you would rather write, talk, or put it down at your own pace.

How your message reads

Hello. I’d like to place an order.

It opens ready for you to confirm.

Three kilometres from Guamal

The workshop is three kilometres from the centre of Guamal, on the Pío XII road. That is where the pod is opened, fermented in a wooden box, dried in the sun and bottled: the whole process happens in one place.

Everything is done by hand and in small batches. Each product has its own recipe and its own timings, and keeping to them is what makes next year’s bottle taste like this one.

  • Vereda Pío XII, 3 km from the town centre
  • Guamal, Meta · Colombia
  • Postal code 507051

Anyone who stops by is welcome: we will tell you what is available and you can buy right there. What we do not run are guided tours of the workshop, because it is in use.

Coordinates3.9039° N · 73.7962° O

The road through the vereda is not always signposted. The link opens the location on your phone and plots the route from wherever you are.

How to get here

What we get asked most

If your question is here, you save yourself the message. And if it is not, write to us anyway.

Do you ship, and how far?

We ship anything that comes packaged —the wine, the chocolates and the tea— anywhere in the country by courier. Tell us the city and we will quote you before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

Between two and five working days depending on the city, counting from despatch. Villavicencio and the rest of Meta are usually quicker.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or Nequi before despatch. If you catch us at the market or come to the workshop, cash works too.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can take a single unit. On a large order the price per unit comes down, and what counts is the total across everything, not how many identical units you take.

Is everything always available?

No, and that is deliberate. The fruit wines depend on the season, and the milkshake, the citrus drink and the yoghurt are made on the spot, so they only exist where they are made. Write to us and we will tell you what there is today.

Can I come and collect?

Yes. You can come to the workshop in the Pío XII hamlet to buy, and we will tell you what is available. What we do not do are guided tours, because there is work going on.

Shall we start?

Tell us what you are after and where you are writing from. With that we can already tell you what there is, what it costs and how it gets to you.
